About The Role
RAC have an exciting opportunity for an Incident Manager to join our DAFaid Control Centre on a 9-Month Fixed Term Contract, based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.
As an Incident Advisor, you will play an important role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. You will show a desire to provide inspirational service while meeting customer demands by providing a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights customers, continually working to improve the quality of service delivered.
Salary is £23,795.20 per year.
Shifts available:
* 7am-10pm (1 week of earlies and 1 week of lates)
* 2pm-10pm (late shift)
Totalling 40 hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
* Play an integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while providing inspirational service.
* Manage workload effectively and in a timely manner.
* Work as an individual within a team and as part of a team to deliver a service second to none.
We are looking for a reliable candidate who can complete work to a high standard of accuracy and meet deadlines. You will have excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills are essential. To be successful in this role, you must be assertive and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organization, both internally and externally.
