Our client is recruiting a Head Banqueitng Chef to manage the conference and banqueting Kitchen of their luxury Hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high end banqueting, conference and events, BBQ's, buffett lunches and VIP events. You will need to be an organised chef who can run the banqueting kitchen so will need good management skills.

The Role
Managing the banqueting kitchen to serve meals for conference, weddings and events
Leading your team of chefs
Ensuring all aspects of your kitchen are to the company standards
Working closely with other managers to ensure conference and banqueting events are sent our smoothly
The Person
Already a Head Chef or experienced Sous
Strong background in banqueting, weddings and events to AA rosette standards
Calm and able to work as part of a team
Understands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.
