We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our team in Nuneaton.
We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.
You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users and building positive relationships with them and their family, whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a lady who lives in Nuneaton with her family and requires support with her complex care needs on a 1:1 basis throughout the day.
She is a very creative young lady, and we are looking for bubbly and outgoing individuals to provide companionship, assisting her to access the community and encouraging her to be more independent.
She loves to attend a local group on a weekly basis where she enjoys spending time with friends, baking, decorating cakes, and exploring arts and crafts. Other interests include shopping, building Lego, and playing on her PlayStation, iPad and switch.
During the day you will provide support with her daily tasks including personal care, medication administration and attending to any clinical interventions when required.
There is a small and friendly dog within the property, so it is essential that you are comfortable around dogs .

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience in following areas:
4. 3 months' previous care experience
5. Medication Administration
6. Personal Care
7. Moving and Handling
Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:
8. Learning Disabilities
9. Catheter Care
10. Challenging behaviours
We have the following shifts available;
11. Part Time Days
12. 1-2 shifts per week
13. Monday – Friday (8am – 3pm)

We are offering a competitive rate of pay £13.00 per hour for this position Approx. £91.00 (per 7-hour shift)
