Person specification Post-specific tasks: Together with the Head of Mental Health Clinical Advice, contribute to the existing quality control reports/measures on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Work with all functions and branches to support them to embed quality measurement and assurance in their teams. Support working relationships with stakeholders to ensure that HIW is present in all relevant spheres relating to mental health and learning disabilities. Support and assist in the learning and development of staff in the areas of mental health and learning disabilities. Compile information and assist in the production of the annual mental health and learning disability report. To ensure that HIW maintains and implements processes and procedures that meet best practice. To work with the Head of Mental Health Clinical Advice to maintain relationships with the Welsh Government and other stakeholders on matters of mental health and learning disabilities.
