Description Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer details in the financial system. Conducting credit checks on all customers, establish and manage limits. Chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales. Liaising with customers to resolve outstanding queries. Reviewing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems. Assisting with month-end reporting. Working in line with company policies and procedures. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. An understanding of credit control procedures and principles. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
