Role Description
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience as a Registered Manager and a deep understanding of children and young people in care. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the established home with full staff team, ensuring that all regulations are met.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe, structured and secure homely environment for children.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
* Provide leadership and direction to staff work in partnership with other professionals.
* Monitor and evaluate activities to ensure they are meeting desired outcomes.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff are informed of changes in policies and procedures.
* Develop strategies to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in our care.
We are looking for someone who is highly empathetic and will work with us to deliver our bespoke therapeutic approach.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
