Huntswood is looking for an experienced Pensions Team Leader to join our client, working on remote basis, on a six-month initial contract.
As a Pension Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of pension administrators who will be providing a high-quality service to customers by resolving their enquiries in a timely manner.
In particular, our client is looking for demonstrable pensions experience including
1. New benefits - benefits being taken from the funds on the client's platform - income, ad hoc income, tax free cash, etc
2. Claims - payment of death benefits
3. Transfers - transferring funds from the client to an external provider
4. In specie contributions - transfer of fund holdings / shares, etc being moved from one pension to another without being sold and transferred as cash
Starts: 11th November 2024
Location: Working from home
Rate: £250 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: 6 Months initially
Skills required:
5. Demonstrable Team Leading experience, ideally in a pensions environment
6. Experience and knowledge of pensions products, particularly new benefits, claims, transfers and in specie contributions
7. Excellent stakeholder management skills
8. Coaching and feedback ability
9. Experience of managing remote teams
10. Workflow management experience
11. Competency in delivery weekly management information
