This is an exciting opportunity for qualified CWP/EMHPs who have trained in CBT or SFP, Nurse, OT, Music, Drama or Art Therapist to be part of an early Intervention Mental Health in Schools Team (MHST).
The Post holder will work as part of the Lambeth MHST to manage a defined caseload with a focus on providing focused assessment and evidence-based intervention for children and young people (CYP) with mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their parents/carers.
The post holder will be expected to provide Case Management and Clinical Skills Supervision to a number of EMHP's within the service.
The post holder will travel as appropriate across the Trust when required and adapt working pattern as appropriate in order to meet the demand from the community.
The post holder is expected to promote equality, diversity and inclusion within their own role, the service, and community settings that allows easy and timely access to those needing support for mild-moderate mental health difficulties.
The post-holder will work within CYP MHS as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering, under supervision, high-quality; outcome–informed, focused, evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing, mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioural difficulties.
