About Glenholme Healthcare
With over 30 years of experience, Glenholme is a leading provider of social care services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health conditions, and addiction recovery. Additionally, we operate care homes with nursing and dementia care for older people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and maintaining HR systems and processes
* Supporting employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance)
* Assisting managers and administrators with HR tasks and training
* Managing employee data, reporting, and audits
* Handling HR projects and process improvements
* Coordinating onboarding and inductions for managers and senior staff
* Liaising with external HR advisory services
* Assisting with payroll processes and company schemes
* Perform other related duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in HR administration & employee relations
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* HRIS experience and IT proficiency
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to plan, allocate, and evaluate own work
* Ability to build effective relationships and handle matters with tact and diplomacy
