Client Side Construction Planner – P6 (Airfields / Airside and Civils)– Projects up to £20M
Package: Negotiable dependant on experience + excellent benefits including:
* 5% welcome bonus
* Mondays & Fridays work from home (subject to change based on work load and meetings etc)

We are pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a Planning Manager (Sustainability) and a Construction Planner (Airside & Civils), highly proficient in P6, to play key roles in Gatwick’s future.
Client Side Planning Manager – P6 (Sustainability) – Projects up to £150M
* You will have the chance to gain valuable front-end exposure while managing the full project lifecycle.
* Key projects include replacing boilers with all electric, non-fossil fuel plants and transitioning to refrigerants with lower global warming potential. Your role will be crucial in helping Gatwick achieve its sustainability goal of reducing emissions by 2030.
* This is an excellent opportunity to directly observe and influence Gatwick's journey to Net Zero by 2030.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; the successful candidate will also have expertise in NEC contracts and a background in overseeing large-scale projects, with a focus on sustainability / MEP upgrades. Any aviation experience would be advantageous.
Client Side Construction Planner – P6 (Airfields / Airside and Civils)– Projects up to £20M
* This role offers you unique insight and puts you right at the centre of providing a full planning service for the projects you support.
* From facilities expansion to next-generation security to resurfacing runways, no two days are the same. The diversity of projects and the unique live environment will be sure to keep you challenged and constantly learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree or Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in a construction or business-related discipline.
* Ideally, three years of experience as a planner on projects valued at £10m or more.
* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
* Experience in planning infrastructure projects within a live operational setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with quantity take-offs, statistical analysis, and computer-based operations.
* Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes.
* Knowledge of mathematical and financial reporting.
* Familiarity with NEC contract types.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* Awareness of the airport industry is advantageous.
* Resilient personality with the ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity.
