Role Overview:
The Admin Assistant will work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of tasks, particularly in supporting field debt solutions and regulatory compliance. The role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high volumes of similar tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform initial and final account checks for Warrant execution suitability.
* Answer calls to support scheduling activities.
* Monitor task lists to ensure regulatory time frames are met.
* Chase and allocate payments made to field agents by cash or cheque within two working days.
* Print and distribute Local HR and court letters.
* Create and manage electronic court packs for central courts or field agents attending court.
* Assist schedulers with court bookings and payments.
* Compile and send Locksmith/third-party 'D3' reports to agents daily and weekly.
* Update agents/third-party agents with Locksmith and dog handler details.
* Monitor warrant application reports daily.
* Provide SMS business updates, including Authorisation SMS, to Field debt solutions.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider department as needed.
* Respond to requests in the Scheduler mailbox and monitor Local court-related requests.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong understanding of customer fairness and compliance with regulations.
* Ability to identify patterns and risks, addressing them appropriately.
* Self-motivated with the ability to handle high workloads without compromising quality.
* Proficient knowledge of the debt journey and field debt processes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail with consistent accuracy in repetitive tasks.
* Strong prioritization and deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
* Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to handle confidential and customer-sensitive information securely.
* Familiarity with FDS and Credit Management systems, processes, and policies.
