The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to construct 9 luxury 4/5 bedroom executive houses in East Ayton, near Scarborough. The role will require you to manage all aspects of the construction of this new development ensuring the highest standard of quality and finishing. You will manage a site workforce including sub-contractors, maintain high standards of Health and Safety and Quality, and ensure targets are met regarding delivery to build programme.
What we are looking for in a candidate
* Skills, knowledge, and experience of CDM and Construction Management in the capacity of Principle Contractor.
* SMTSTS and preferably be a CITB Managers cardholder.
* Strong Project Management Skills
* Good understanding of site delivery and buildability, preferably in the residential sector.
* First Aid Trained
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure project is built on time and within budget
* Ensure compliance on site at all times to the company Health & Safety and Building Regulations.
* Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, RAMS and Waste Management Plans in line with Company procedures.
* Co-ordinating day to day labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme and to proactively schedule in trades to ensure delivery.
* Ensuring that material supplies are available to meet deadlines.
* Organise and chair weekly construction meetings.
* Assist with the production and manage the Project Programme.

Salary - £60,000+ per year (depending on experience)
