Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated External Sales Representative to join a market leading manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the team. Our client is looking for someone to fill a 12 month FTC, until the end of 2025.
Role Description
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with our existing customer base in order to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Acquisition of new customers through promoting our value proposition and services.
3. Work toward agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability.
4. Promote and develop a Health and Safety culture across all aspects of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
2. Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and have a strong determination to succeed.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative and as an effective member of the Asphalt team.
4. Knowledge of SAP/CRM - Knowledge of regional Asphalt capabilities and customer base is desirable.
5. Previous sales experience is desirable.
6. A strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
7. Valid Full Car Driving License.
Company Car provided, with travel expenses covered. Quarterly Sales Incentive Bonus.
