We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process where, as a new employee, you’ll complete your training and paid induction. During your induction, you will shadow another team member.
This helps you understand your new role and get to know your team. Your colleagues and management team will support you during your induction to help you apply your training and answer any questions. You’ll start building your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Sonderwell Group.
You will be supporting our client within their own home, assisting with their daily routine.
The client is a joyful boy who quickly forms attachments. He is a very clever, disciplined, and routine-oriented individual. His favorite cartoon is Peppa Pig, and he enjoys using his iPad, which he controls well.
Your daily activities may include & experience we are looking for:

* Oxygen Therapy
Supporting you
Being a Sonderwell Nurse isn’t just about caring; it’s about being good with people—gaining trust from clients and their families. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we’ll provide online and classroom training in specific complex care needs.
Depending on the client, you may work alone or as part of a team. If you wish and are available, you could support more than one client.
Before starting, you’ll meet your client and their family. You’ll have day-to-day support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager, and access to our ‘Carer App’ for insights and information. We’ll provide everything you need for this rewarding role.
