About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paraplanner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with financial advisers, supporting them in delivering high-quality financial planning and advice to clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a diverse range of responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparing suitability reports and financial planning recommendations tailored to client needs. Conducting detailed fund and product research using a range of financial software and tools. Supporting advisers with client meeting preparation, including compiling relevant documentation and reports. Managing the end-to-end application process, including tracking and liaising with providers and clients. Maintaining and updating client records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Utilising cash flow modelling tools to create comprehensive financial plans. Handling queries from clients and providers, ensuring exceptional service standards. Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments. Assisting in the development and review of internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Paraplanner role or similar within financial services. Strong understanding of financial planning principles, products, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in the use of financial planning tools and platforms (e.g., Intelligent Office, Truth, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively. Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards it). RO1 and RO5 (or equivalent) qualifications are desirable.
