To be part of theFacilities Team, ensuring the operation and maintenance of buildings, systemsand services.
Responsibilitiesinclude the repairs and maintenance of electrical services and processes thatsupport the core business
of Watson MarlowLtd (WML).
To support theFacilities Manager in ensuring all WML controlled sites (the Falmouth Factory,Pendennis and Cardrew) remain electrically safe, secure and compliant withappropriate statutory compliances and maintained to the level necessary tosupport our success and growth as a world leading manufacturing facility, whileproviding a first-class working environment for our people.
Areas ofresponsibility will cover;
Responding torepairs relating to electrical faults or breakdowns in a timely, efficientmanner; planning, managing & carrying out PPM tasks to ensure the smoothrunning and continued reliability of electrical infrastructure and equipment;support the mechanical team in the repair and maintenance of plant andmachinery; carry out regulatory EICRs, testing & maintenance of emergencylights, fire alarms and security systems and work with the Facilities Team toensure we provide a reliable efficient service to the Company.

To be successful in this role, youwill need:
PreviousExperience:
Experience of maintaining LV systems - Essential
Experience in installing and maintaining industrialelectrical equipment - Essential
Experienced reading blueprints including; panelboards, circuits, outlets and other electrical components - Essential
Exerience of working within and developing safesystems of work, risk assessments and method statements - Essential
Experience of working in a busy manufacturingenvironment - Desirable

18th Edition - Essential
Health and Safety qualification such as NEBOSH, SSSTS or IOSH - Desirable
