Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) Responsibilities: Ownership of AP process Day to day management of 6 people Be able to work effectively with all other areas of the business Multi currency bank reconciliations Be the key contact for your suppliers and key contacts within the business Authorising and taking control of the payment runs Collaborating with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and to complete bank reconciliations Maintain accurate aged payables ledger Management of the AP inbox Requirements: You must be available to start ASAP SAP experience is essential Management of teams is essential Over 5 years experience as an Accounts Payable Manager is essential Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential
