Job summary
Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust are seeking to welcome amotivated Band 6 or 7 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join theirAdult Speech and Language Therapy team in outpatients, community and inpatientssettings.
Main duties of the job
1. Carry out appropriate assessments for clients to evaluate the information gained to make appropriate clinical decisions based on highly specialised clinical knowledge and including different diagnosis
2. Determine and structure appropriate care plans for intervention including treatment, advice, review, discharge, information exchange and communication with client, team members and carers following assessment

3. Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
4. Licence to Practice
5. Registered with HCPC
Experience

6. The successful candidate will need to be competent and confidant in preparing and using electronic information.
7. The post holder needs to have up to date IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft outlook and word.
8. A knowledge and /or experience of using RIO patient held record system would be of benefit.
