Job Title: Customer Claims Handler x 7
Location: Birmingham – Hybrid/Office (B5 4US)Office based Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote Monday and Friday – No negotiation on these days
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) plus £2045 bonus
Start: 13th or 17th March 2025
Hours: 35 Hours per week. Shifts covering 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday. You will be required to work 1 in 5 Saturdays with a day off in the week if worked.
As a Claims Handler, you will be the go-to superhero for customers seeking assistance with their travel policies. Your days will be filled with providing accurate information, updating systems diligently, and handling customer escalations with finesse. You will respond to FNOL’s and enquiries relating to existing claims, as well as handling customer escalations positively, ensuring that any unresolved issues are highlighted to your manager.
