Job title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
* Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Project Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in environmental and/or hydrogeological projects is highly advantageous.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to work on a hybrid basis, with the ability to commute to the Cork office as required.
