VANRATH are assisting a well known Public Sector organisation based in Ballymena in their search for a Training Administrator to join their team in the New Year.
This role will help you gain and develop valuable skills across Administration, Customer Service, Information Management and Record Keeping.
Employment Package:
* £12.52 hourly rate
* Full-Time
* Temporary contract with potential to extend

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will possess GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent
You will also be able to demonstrate 6 months experience in the following areas:
* IT / Keyboard skills
* Customer Service Skills
* Answering and redirecting calls
* Responding to emails
* Customer Interaction
* Using IT applications
* Reading, understanding and applying written instructions
Responsibilities
* Recording of Staff Training
* Compilation of reports and statistical data as required by the organisation and statutory bodies.
* Be the first point of contact for the department.
* To assist with marketing events as a point of contact.eg open days.
* To ensure that a consistent level of customer service is available and accessible.
