Summary: The Governors at St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School seek to appoint two Teaching Assistants at level 2b for 5 days a week. Applications are welcome from committed, hard-working and enthusiastic practitioners.
The successful candidate would be willing to support the Catholic ethos of our school. He/She should be able to liaise with colleagues, show initiative and be committed to providing support for our children as learners and as little people.
We welcome applications from applicants with experience of working with children.
Applicants should state their strengths and be able to demonstrate good practice.
Applicants should have good communication skills, enthusiasm, and patience and be willing to be flexible. Governors are committed to the safeguarding of our children so the successful candidate would have an enhanced CRB check conducted by the school.

Essential Qualifications: Candidates should be educated to a good standard in English and maths in order to support the children in their learning.
Essential Experience: Candidates must have experience of primary-aged children.
Desirable Experience: Experience of working in a school setting would be an advantage, although candidates will be supported and training available.
