Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance SEN expertise. What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with children or young people with autism. A strong passion for SEN and a commitment to inclusive education. Teaching qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from unqualified teachers with a solid background in SEN.
