Position
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on creativity and innovation, delivering tailored, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs.
You should be an ambitious, self-driven professional with a proven history of success in B2B client-facing roles. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet will enable you to navigate and resolve client challenges with ease and efficiency.
As an integral part of the Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in advancing business development efforts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, driving the Group’s success during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Retention: formulate and execute effective plans to protect and defend key accounts
2. Growth: drive continued sales, improvement, innovation, profitability and growth
3. Competition: evaluate our wallet share and ensure it is maximised
4. Client champion: proactively support our client’s social value initiatives
5. Collaboration: partner with your sales colleagues to identify new opportunities
6. Visibility: conduct client presentations, site visits and attend offices on a regular basis
7. Contract management: build and develop internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLA’s and issues communicated in a timely manner
Requirements
Who you are
1. Have previous experience as an Account Manager, with a solid understanding of client relationship management.
2. Have proven success in a B2B customer-facing environment, demonstrating measurable results.
3. A passion for tackling new challenges and continually raising the bar to strengthen client relationships.
4. Ambitious, forward-thinking, and innovative, with a proactive approach to driving positive change.
Other information
Location: Lancing. After the initial 3 month office based training, the role is available with hybrid working flexibilities.
Hours: 40 per week. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Additional Information
· Our selection process is as follows: Application – Competency Based Interview – Presentation
· You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
· The postholder will be required to travel to external meetings on occasion by most effective means available
· This role is available as part of a hybrid working environment after the initial 3-month training
