We are currently seeking an unqualified Business Studies teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in the Colchester, Witham, and Braintree area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable teaching experience while contributing to students’ growth and development.
As a Business Studies teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. Your role will involve helping students develop a solid understanding of business concepts while managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students
* Develop and deliver engaging lessons that foster student achievement
* Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback on student progress and support academic development
* Collaborate with other staff and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic about teaching Business Studies
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students
* Excellent classroom management abilities
* A desire to make a positive impact in students' academic journeys
* A relevant qualification (QTS or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
