This is an exciting opportunity to join our small housekeeping team that delivers cleaning services across the site. What you’ll bring To be successful in this role you will need significant experience in housekeeping preferably within the healthcare sector, the ability to manage a small team, supporting training and completing appraisals. Organisational skills to manage stock supplies and the ability to rota the team to ensure that all areas of the hospice are covered. Effective communication skills and the ability to respond to situations in a calm and professional manner are essential. You will be a role model who exhibits the values of Rowcroft Hospice.
