Person Specification Qualifications Essential A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare or social sciences field Administration based qualifications Proven experience working in a healthcare or social services environment, preferably with children and young people Previous involvement in leading care coordination, case management, or similar roles is advantageous. Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration and patient-centred care models.
