We have an opportunity for a client-focused and supportive Customer Service Representative to join us at our international Head Office, based in Kings Hill.
We’re looking for a talented team-player with the skills and experience to deliver first class service to our customers via telephone, email and delivery of administrative support.
What you’ll do
At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Customer Service Representative you too will play an important part in what we do.
As our Customer Service Representative, your role will include:
* Speaking and corresponding with our existing and new customers via telephone and in writing, in a supportive way which meets their needs and gets it right first time
* Setting up new accounts and Direct Debits
* Processing contributions and charitable donation requests
* Answering enquiries including requests for help from charities and guiding customers through their online journey
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in Customer Service or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
* A genuine passion for customer service and getting it right first time
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt your style to suit your audience
* An excellent eye and attention to detail
* Confident taking ownership
* A true team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines and well under pressure
* MS Office and Outlook skills and experience
