We are currently looking for a passionateFront of House Manager, to join ourFront of House Departmenton apermanentbasis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Front of House Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Take an instrumental part in the management and organisation of the hotels duty management, i.e. preparation of the rota, assess training needs, enhance the duty management function
Forster a collaborative environment within FOH but also within all other areas of the hotel
Manage the FOH divisions respective budgets and KPI's are met or exceeded.
Ensure team training, development and succession planning within the FOH division in line with training targets and business needs
Monitor guest feedback across all platforms ensures effective initiatives are implemented to improve the NPS, GRI and TripAdvisor scores
Ensure the team is trained to perform to the highest LQA and AA standards with consistency
Work as Deputy in the absence of the Director of Rooms
You will be required to work40hoursper week, on a shift rota.
