Technical Visitor Administrator
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Technical Visitor Administrator to join our client, a leading Laboratory and Analytical services provider. The successful candidate will be based at one of their client sites in Stevenage, on an initial 4 month contract basis.

The client is a well-established Laboratory partner with a broad range of service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration of Third-Party Contractors: Manage all activities relating to equipment supported across the site, daily management of Third-Party Contractors carrying out work on laboratory equipment, ensuring customer procedures are followed regarding Health and Safety.
* Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS): Administer updates and closure of work orders to meet contractual metrics.
* Compliance and Contractual Metrics: Work with third-party contractors to maintain full compliance with work order closure as per guidelines and contractual metrics.
* First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for Third-Party Contractors on arrival at the site, managing them in line with prescribed procedures.
* EHS & GXP Inductions: Administer and manage inductions for all Third Party prior to commencement of work.
* Tool Management: Use specified tools to manage compliance of Third-Party Engineer inductions to site.
* Risk Assessment and Permit to Work: Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place, completed with co-operation of all departments for the area/job in which they are working.
* Documentation Provision: Provide Third-Party Contractors with documentation to complete work derived from CMMS database.
* Calibration Label Procedure: Manage calibration label procedure at site, following LIS process for identified equipment.
* Security Vetting: Perform security vetting checks on visiting third-party contractors when required, in line with site security procedures.
* Document Storage: Ensure compliant documentation is stored and filed according to GxP and GDP practice.
Your Background
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Laboratory or customer service environment, similar role.
* Customer Care: Excellent understanding of Customer Care.
* Life Science Industry: Knowledge or experience of Life Science Industry and G.xP preferred.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* EHS Procedures: Knowledge and understanding of EHS procedures.
* CMMS Database: Experience of working with CMMS databases.
* Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
* Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft office packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
