Adi Electrical Compliance Administrator Location - Birmingham, Kings Norton About the Role As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Electrical Compliance team by managing essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include organising documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that all records are accurately maintained. Please note this role is office-based Monday to Friday. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance works related to C360 using the adi compliance C360 Work Tracker. Organize and file relevant documents, permits, and approvals. Create project numbers and project folders. Handle day-to-day administration, including processing orders and raising invoices promptly. Maintain and manage the asset register and keep Contract Managers informed. Book travel and accommodation as needed. Ensure housekeeping of the ABM and Compliance 360 software databases to keep all systems current. Notify the Admin Supervisor of any administrative issues. Respond to emails in the C360 shared mailbox. Manage documentation for third-party contractors. Create quotations as required. Perform housekeeping tasks in the CRM system.
