We are looking for an outstanding teacher and leader with a passion for teaching and learning who has the skills to inspire both students and staff and is committed to raising the achievement of all students.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher (Achievement) who is dedicated to improving outcomes for students across the school. You will lead strategies to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning, develop ways to use data with students, parents, and staff to raise student achievement, coordinate interventions for those students who need additional support, and ensure that the provision for Pupil Premium students is leading to improved outcomes. You will work closely with Heads of Department, Heads of Year, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure teams work together across the school to raise achievement.
We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with a track record of securing outstanding outcomes for students and who has experience of leadership as a middle or senior leader. The successful candidate will have the skills, experience, and personal qualities to lead and inspire others. You will have a commitment to student success and be innovative, proactive, and able to drive continuous improvement.
