Job responsibilities
Job Title: Practice Nurse
Location: Luther Street Medical Centre
Shift Patterns: Flexible across Monday to Friday; (service open Monday to Friday, no weekend clinics) 08:45 - 17:00 preferably.
Flexible: Between 7.5 - 37.5 hrs per week, variable but on average throughout the year - 15 hrs per week.

Essential skills:
* Good written and verbal communication skills - Good organisational skills.
* IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Ability to liaise with patients.
* Good understanding of the General Data Protection Act.
* Good communication skills with an empathetic approach.
* High levels of emotional resilience.
* Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
* Desire to attend courses relating to role, as appropriate.
* NHS experience - Experience of working in a Social Care Setting.
* Desire to work in Inclusion health / with marginalised population.
* Knowledge of Long-term condition management.

* Statement of NMC Registration.
* Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
Experience
