Our client, a global sportswear brand, is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to support the execution of the brand’s marketing initiatives across sport and lifestyle. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, who oversees the brand’s long-term marketing strategy, this role will help bring campaigns to life through partnerships, retail activations, PR, and digital channels. You’ll play a key role in aligning seasonal plans with business goals, consumer needs, and cross-functional partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Brand Activation
1. Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand vision and business KPIs.
2. Deliver full-funnel activations across media, retail, digital, social, PR, and consumer experiences.
3. Collaborate with local markets to tailor global campaigns for regional impact.
Partnerships & Collaborations
1. Coordinate influencers, federations, and lifestyle collaborations, ensuring seamless integration across campaigns.
2. Support the development of co-branded products and activations with internal Product and Design teams.
Trade Marketing
1. Develop and execute retail and trade marketing plans across key accounts and independent stores.
2. Drive high-impact in-store activations, including POS, SIS, and merchandising tools.
PR, Social & Digital
1. Manage PR strategy and execution with agency partners.
2. Oversee local social media and digital campaigns, including Google Ads, aligned to e-commerce and brand goals.
Collaboration
1. Work closely with the Manager and the wider marketing team to align on plans, budgets, and performance.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years in brand marketing, within fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong campaign management and cross-functional leadership experience.
Familiar with trade marketing, digital media, and PR.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Passionate about brand-building, creativity, and cultural relevance.
