An established organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire is currently seeking a HR Business Partner in an exciting opportunity to join the department on a 6 month fixed term month contract.
Reporting to the HR Director in a small team the role will have exposure to all aspects of HR and be pivotal in delivering the people strategy providing advice and support to management teams across the business.
What will the HR Business Partner role involve?
Talent and succession planning, change management to drive performance.
Coach and advise managers, challenging and building their knowledge to increase capability.
Projects, data analysis and reporting to support the people strategy.
Operational support including restructures, TUPE, redundancies.
Employee relation case management.
Suitable Candidate for HR Business Partner:
It is essential applicants have experience of partnering senior managers having worked in a role where coaching and influencing stakeholders plays a key part.
Excellent technical HR knowledge with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
Involvement with organisation change.
