Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Flooring
Location: Leicester, UK (Midlands-based sites, with some nationwide retail locations)
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
About the Company:
Our client is a well-established family-run commercial flooring business that has been serving clients since 1961. With a strong focus on maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, the company is now looking to expand their team with a Project Manager to oversee a variety of exciting projects.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing flooring projects across hospitals, schools, and retail spaces. Most projects are based in the Midlands, but there will also be a selection of nationwide retail projects shared among the project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Oversee site operations, including liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients
Ensure all health and safety standards are met on-site
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
Manage resources and scheduling to meet project deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in project management within the commercial flooring industry

Experience with hospital, school, or retail projects is a plus
