Technical Sales Support Engineer
Role:
Opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Support Engineer for our client based in Somerset. In this role, you will provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient issue resolution. To be considered, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of electric motor systems and experience in a customer-focused environment, working within engineering, production, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Order Management: Oversee the entire sales order process.
2. Customer Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
3. Sales Team Admin: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and maintaining client records, reporting, and analytics.
4. Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries, providing prompt issue resolution.
5. Application Engineering: Understand customer technical needs and create technical proposals.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and technologies to assist customers effectively.
