We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team and to take the lead in the development and implementation of regular financial planning and analysis for the PPF.
The role will provide meaningful insight, analysis and interpretation of financial operating results and trends, including benchmarking, efficiencies and business development. The role will lead and develop a team of finance managers, supporting the business in its financial management.
This role will be key in partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation, including Executive Committee members, to integrate financial analyses into the performance of the business and support the management of the PPF's resources and achievement of strategic objectives.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience gained from working within different areas of financial controlling, analysis and reporting. Experience must have been gained from within an investment management environment, so asset management, life assurance and/or pensions. Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of the preparation and analysis of stakeholder reporting, including visualisations and dashboards.
