Running a small warehouse of Electrical & IT networking equipment providing an end-to-end logistic process, including purchase order creation, goods receiving, stock control, dispatching, shipping via UK carriers and organizing materials for engineer collection. This will also include supporting the management and co-ordination of connectivity projects and ensure efficient use of resources, providing administrative support as required. Stores Duties and Responsibilities will include - End-to-end Order management including: Purchase Orders and Requisitions Receivables Order picking by order number, part number, serial number and quantity Order packing and accurate labelling or goods Shipping of goods Returns PMO Duties and Responsibilities will include Basic commercial duties in support of the project teams; Liaise with direct employees and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects; Schedule and co-ordinate Surveyors, PM and Field onsite visits updating calendars; Interrogate client databases to obtain work orders, site information & mapping tools; Assist project delivery with site specific queries & compile project reports; Set up and maintain project stakeholder alerts and notifications; Support initial project start-up activities; Collation, validation and issue of completed surveys, quotations, project completion O&M’s; Schedule, minute and close actions from project meetings; Collate, analyse and trend information from plans and trackers; To act as document controller & manage/log documentation; Ensure client information and satisfaction feedback is updated and communicated; Any additional co-ordination or administration tasks that present
