A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Contract Manager to join their growing team in Sheffield. As the Contract Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: Responsible for the day to day running of the hard services & organising the site team to meet contractual outputs and objectives Managing & having accountability for the P&L and maintaining agreed profit margins Maintain customer relations including progress meeting, site visits, and obtaining referrals Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and regularly review the H&S policy To be successful in the role of Contract Manager, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: Experience & Qualifications: Mechanical or Electrical background is essential, and an AP qualification is desirable Expertise: Deep knowledge of M&E systems and Hospital & PFI Environment Leadership: Experience supervising skilled technicians and reporting to senior management.
