The role is a key role within the HR Services team, reporting to the People Analytics Manager.
It will be responsible for running key reports for the business using Success Factors. You will analyze and review our data to provide insights to the wider team, ensuring we are making data-driven decisions to support our HR Frame.

During this apprenticeship, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Running key reports for the business using Success Factors such as monthly new starters, leavers, etc., and supporting the HR team with their reporting requirements.
2. Assisting in reporting and analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform HR strategies and decision-making.
3. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and transforming data as needed.
4. Building report suites, dashboards, and data sets.
5. Supporting the People Analytics Manager with key projects and reporting deadlines.
6. Ensuring all training materials and user guides are up to date and refreshed monthly.
7. Owning newsletters, communication, and community management for HR teams to ensure key messages and data are shared.

Minimum Requirements:
* You must NOT have already obtained a degree.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent).
* Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International Baccalaureate or other courses.
