Do you have an interest in marketing? If you’re creative, detail oriented and keen to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join our Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations Team in AXA Health.
You’ll support the delivery of our team strategy across all our audiences including individual, SME and corporate and intermediaries.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Support delivery of customer experience, marketing and operational annual priorities.
2. Contribute to marketing activities and initiatives within AXA Health.
3. Support customer marketing goals to increase our contribution to both business and customer.
4. Enable actionable insights across a variety of methods, including campaigns, to influence key stakeholders and increase customer satisfaction.
5. Use high quality external thinking and examples to enrich our internal thoughts.
6. Be able to constructively challenge to ensure we are operating at the right pace.
7. Act as a marketing role model and customer champion within AXA Health.
What you’ll bring:
1. Broad marketing experience, enabling different and alternative perspectives – essential.
2. Proven project management skills, including governance - essential.
3. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project skills - essential.
4. Experience of using insights to act and do things differently.
5. Proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure.
6. High level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
7. An excellent ‘storyteller’ able to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
