Job Title: Multiskilled HVAC Engineer
Location: Battersea & Kensington (covering both areas)
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HVAC Engineer to join our team on an interim basis, with the potential for a permanent role if the position is suitable. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC experience, particularly in plant rooms, FCUs, AHUs, and an understanding of electrical systems. This role requires the ability to perform reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive maintenance and PPM tasks across HVAC systems including plant rooms, FCUs, and AHUs
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC equipment
* Understand and work with electrical systems in relation to HVAC
* Perform general plumbing duties where required
* Provide support across various building systems as required
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong HVAC experience with plant rooms, FCUs, and AHUs
* Familiarity with electrical systems and controls in HVAC
* Computer literate and able to use maintenance management systems
* Plumbing skills desirable
* Electrical, AC, or HVAC certifications are highly desirable
* If electrical qualifications are your main skill set, familiarity with HVAC systems is essential
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HVAC engineering
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a professional approach to work
