The Creative & Artistic Branding Manager at The Day Brand Group will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity, creative direction, and brand storytelling across all subsidiaries. This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision, strategic brand positioning, and hands-on creative execution.
You will oversee brand aesthetics, design, photography, video production, and marketing collateral to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s essence and resonates with the target audience. Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Visual Identity
* Develop and implement branding guidelines for The Day Brand and its subsidiaries.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
* Lead creative concept development for campaigns, product launches, and events.
* Collaborate with leadership to define brand positioning and storytelling.
1. Creative Direction & Content Development
* Oversee the design and production of brand assets, including logos, packaging, social media content, website visuals, and advertising materials.
* Direct photography and videography projects to create engaging visual content.
* Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to bring creative ideas to life.
* Stay ahead of design and branding trends to keep The Day Brand innovative and competitive.
2. Marketing & Campaigns
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and impactful campaigns.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and appeal to the target audience.
* Develop eye-catching promotional content for digital and print marketing.
* Optimize creative assets for different platforms, including social media, e-commerce, and advertising.
* Manage a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and creative professionals.
* Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.
* Work closely with product teams to enhance the branding of products and services.
* Provide guidance and feedback to ensure creative excellence across all projects.
3. Brand Innovation & Customer Engagement
* Enhance user experience (UX/UI) through strong branding across digital platforms.
* Develop immersive brand storytelling experiences for online and offline engagement.
* Experiment with new design techniques, multimedia content, and creative tools.
* Monitor audience reactions and industry trends to refine brand creative strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Required Experience & Expertise
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Branding, Marketing, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in branding, creative direction, or visual design.
* Proven track record of managing brand aesthetics across multiple platforms.
* Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, creative agencies, or luxury brands is a plus.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Video production and editing software.
* Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Canva).
* Photography and visual storytelling expertise.
* Strong artistic eye for typography, color, composition, and brand storytelling.
* Ability to conceptualize and execute bold, trend-setting designs.
* Strong project management skills to lead teams and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to collaborate across departments and align creative with business objectives.
