Accommodation Services Coordinator (Administrative & Front Desk Support) Are you an organised and people-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service? We are currently seeking an Accommodation Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our accommodation service. This key role combines front-of-house reception duties with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our residents and support to our Accommodation Team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and external stakeholders Handle incoming calls, emails, and general housing enquiries in a professional manner Coordinate viewings and site inductions for new tenants Manage key exchanges, including liaising with hospital departments Assist with tenancy matters and process maintenance requests Support the Accommodation Manager and team with a variety of admin duties Keep internal systems updated and assist with marketing accommodation Ensure all procedures are followed and confidentiality is maintained What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative or front-of-house/customer service role Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support wider team needs Experience in a housing, property, facilities or accommodation setting If you're a reliable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys a varied role and working in a people-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
