Overview
The Rotational Engineering Development Program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various departments within the organization. Over the course of the two (2) year program, the engineer will rotate through four (4) rotations including Capacity Planning, Integrity & PHMSA Compliance, Project Engineering, & Project Management. At the completion of the two (2) year rotation, the engineer will have the opportunity to transfer into a full-time position based on organization and department needs.
This structured program is designed to accelerate professional growth, cultivate versatile skill sets, and prepare individuals for future leadership roles. The engineer will receive guidance from leadership and mentors on work assignments, and will be required to demonstrate experience, knowledge, innovation, and judgement.
