We are looking for someone to join the Customer Technology Team within the Marketing Practice to support the growing technology portfolio. Supporting our clients across a wider range of industries to deliver cutting edge technology.
About the Role:
You will be a part of the Customer Tech team working to deliver the right strategic Martech & Platform solutions for our clients. This role will both support new clients asks and strategic projects as well as longer term deliver and implementation. The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of the current Martech capabilities and platforms to drive value and efficiencies. Particular focus areas will be:
* Customer Data Strategy: Data-driven approaches for strategic decision making
* Personalisation: Enhancing customer experiences
* Audience Insights: Analysing customer data to inform marketing strategies
* Data Orchestration: Integrating data seamlessly across platforms
* Delivery Expertise: Understanding of agile approaches and best practices and hands-on experience across, Scrum, SAFe, Project Management, Technical Project Management, Programme Management, Release Management, Continuous Integration & Deployment, DevOps, Design Thinking
* Stakeholder management: The ability to lead and work with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation experience programmes
* Exposure to commercial management and sales
Your Responsibilities:
You will be part of a high performing team tasked with driving business growth and enhanced customer experiences through platforms. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
* Working across transformation opportunities and developing roadmaps to deliver Personalisation (either B2B or B2C)
* Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) including selection of leading vendors
* Understanding of CDP capabilities and ability to drive awareness of these with different stakeholder groups
* Understanding of the range of customer data sources and activation channels needed for personalisation
* Supporting to facilitate workshops
* Bringing thinking on the CDP & Personalisation capabilities within the team
* Supporting strategic client pitches & proposals
* Experience working with senior stakeholders
* Able to effectively set up and manage teams to deliver value and agreed outcomes
Qualifications
In order to apply please ensure you have:
* Strong relevant industry experience across MarTech, Personalisation & CDP projects
* Previous experience as a delivery lead
