Technical Delivery Manager - Salary circa £55,000 (dependent on location and experience) This is a great job for someone with project management skills based around agile software deliveries. You'll have a strong working knowledge of the IT space and can anticipate the needs of your business users and customers. Working with development teams, testers, and delivery leads, you'll have a good understanding of the systems development lifecycle. A bit about the job: Working within Aviva's Bamboo Development Centre, you will be part of a team developing Project led business functionality and improvements on our suite of bamboo for the benefit of our Personal Line Business. As the Technical Delivery Manager You will need to be dedicated, organized, naturally inquisitive and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will be working collaboratively to a plan and be familiar with Agile principles, delivering high quality performant solutions in a timely manner in line with Project deliverables. You'll need to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to many areas of the application to further evolve both existing and new products, while also embracing a culture challenging the status quo and constantly look to efficiently simplify processes, technology, and workflow. Skills and experience we're looking for: Proven track record of developing and communicating comprehensive End-to-End delivery plans Ability to lead release planning and governance, alongside managing risks, issues, and dependencies across various Concept Squads. Experience with stakeholder management. Project/Program management background working with agile methodologies.
