Customer Service Administrator
Location: Near Kettering
Type: Permanent (must be able to start in September)
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking distribution company focused on its people. You will be working in a team of 12, reporting to a team leader and working closely with the internal & external Account Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering mainline phone and distributing calls within the business.
2. Running daily reports to assist in the management of day-to-day tasks for the internal sales team.
3. Placing customer orders.
4. Setting up customer product codes.
5. Booking and managing all direct deliveries.
6. Processing, sending, and filing agreements via Adobe Sign.
7. Locating and investigating invoice/POD queries.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Previous customer service and administration experience.
2. Good organizational skills.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
4. PC literate.
5. Quick to learn.
6. An enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work.
