Devops Team Leader - Permanent role - Hybrid/Manchester with up to 3 days per week on site
GlobalLogic have a new permanent role to be based out of our Manchester Office.
We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Devops Team Leader to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring the team's seamless delivery of applications and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and Azure, with expertise in automation, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, team management experience, and a deep understanding of cloud security and scalability best practices.
Please note this is a Permanent Hybrid role and will involve up to 3 days on site in Manchester.
Key Skills and Experience:
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate ideally
* Extensive experience in AWS and Azure
* Previous Team Leadership experience
* Experience in deploying and supporting .NET, Java, and Python applications
* Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft Security Center, and hybrid cloud solutions
* Experience with Power BI analytics and IBM integration projects
* Familiarity with API gateway configurations and Nginx reverse proxies
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
